Great article, keep up the great work. As someone who has been in the "Seniors" business for decades, I have seen seniors age longer, healthier and enjoy their lives. In 2018, I threw a gala celebration for the 20 centenarians living at The Waldorf with ages between 100 and 106 which represented over 10% of my building population and there were another 25 who were between the ages of 90 to 99 years old. The story was picked up by over 100 news media outlets worldwide. The average age in my building is current 93 years old and I have a resident who is turning 109 years young in October.
